Joe’s projects begin with a conversation, first by phone and then on location. He returns all calls the same day or by 9:00AM the next business day. Joe will take the time to help you figure out what you want and how soon you need it. He will offer realistic solutions and advice about materials and schedules and provide you with a detailed written estimate that covers not only time and materials, but a list and references of all subcontractors should they be involved.
Before you agree to any project Joe will make sure you understand what to expect, when to expect it, and the project’s exact cost.
Should something change along the way, Joe will consult with you to arrive at a clear agreement before any further cost in incurred. Joe firmly believes that a well informed customer will become a happy customer.
